Eating for the Health of It

      Picture
Recently Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn, and his wife, Ann Esselstyn were in town, helping us to kick off our Community Adventure in Healthy Eating. We are very thankful to them for traveling to Mercersburg and speaking to us. The event had around 250 attendees from the tri-state area, and included a presentation of Dr. Esselstyn's "Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease" research and a great question and answer session.
This was followed by a meal in the beautiful Edwards Room at Mercersburg Academy, with the fabulous flavors of plant strong, whole foods and a "what's in your kitchen" demo by Ann, as well as an opportunity to join the 28-day Adventure in Healthy Eating.

Please visit Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn's website to find out more about his research, or visit our "Community Adventure in Healthy Eating" to read more about the amazing results participants experienced.
