Award Winner of the Not for Profit of the Year from
 Tuscarora Area Chamber of Commerce

" The wellness council has been the champion in promoting and encouraging healthy initiatives and partnerships in the region.

Their efforts in walkability/bikeability will not only help the wellness of the region, but well help to further commerce and economic development. We congratulate the MACWell Board of Directors, staff, and volunteers on their accomplishments and wish them future success. Kudos to Dr. Elizabeth George who has been an instrumental member of the organization; Liz is one of the few people that I know of who would ask a room full of business and community leaders to stand and perform exercises.”
~ Chris Ardinger, TACC Executive Director
